 Job Context

Majumder Group is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as a senior HR and admin personnel. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team who is passionate about their job, dedicated, and ready to contribute their hard work and experience to the development of our company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment and H&S laws and regulations in the country.
  • Lead the recruitment process and implement best practices in hiring.
  • Oversee the performance management process, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Responsible for managing and forecasting the HR and payroll budget; collating all necessary information to ensure payroll is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance our employer brand, employee engagement, morale, and retention, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work closely with Line Managers and provide support and advice on all HR issues. .
  • Deal with day-to-day administrative responsibilities and acknowledge the top authority accordingly.
  • Maintain an inventory of company assets and oversee asset management.
  • Proactively handle incoming emails and initiate necessary follow-up actions.
  • Preparing all kinds of Office Orders, Notices & Letters.
  • Develop, establish, and implement a framework of organizational development process, policy & procedure.
  • Review, update and maintain employee files and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly, and confidential manner.
  • Maintain office discipline and behaviour.
  • Ensuring overall safety, security & cleanliness system.
  • As per necessity maintaining meetings with all sections in-charge.
  • Responsible for managing all vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Draft a variety of documents, such as letters, emails, congratulatory and appreciation messages, invitation letters, job confirmation letters, etc.
  •  Perform any other jobs assigned by the higher management.

Educational Requirements

·       Masters / MBA in any subject/discipline

·       PGD in HRM will be an added advantage

·       Skills Required: MS Word Excel PowerPoint

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Data Analytics, HRM Function Analytics
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile

 Additional Requirements

·       Age at least 28 years

·       Both males and females are allowed to apply

·       Proficiency in HRMS, UI design, Data Analytics & Data Visualization and HR Analytics.

·       Experience translating HR needs to technical specifications.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

·       Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

·       Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
